From high-protein diets to ultra clean-labelling, there is a never-ending stream of foodie trends and fads that cloud our vision of what we should or should not be eating. This can make attempts to eat ‘well’ complicated. It doesn’t have to be! My recipes are designed to be quick to prepare without the need for any specialist skills or equipment. While health or nutrition is not the focus of my food ethos, these recipes generally use honest, unprocessed and straightforward ingredients which will leave you feeling happy, healthy and guilt-free.
